Wang Mingcai (R) reads historical records of the Chinese People's Anti-Japanese War (1937-1945) with his daughter Wang Xuehong at home in Yiwu, east China's Zhejiang Province, July 26, 2015. Ninety-one-year-old veteran Wang Mingcai joined the New Fourth Army in October 1943. During his first battle against Japanese invading troops in March 1944, Wang Mingcai, together with his comrades-in-arms, captured a Japanese soldier alive. This Lujiatan Battle caused a casualty of more than 60 Japanese soldiers, with a Japanese colonel killed.(Xinhua/Tan Jin)
